Very much seeing a monster in the mirror everyday. Clothing doesn't felt the same like before. Not as comfortable as it used to be. It's such a pain to see this hideous creature everyday in the mirror. With much anger and frustration. Is this what people call as self-denial? I couldn't bear to see this horrendous everyday in my life. I must get rid of him no matter what. Discipline is what I needed now. Metabolism can be purchase i hope? x)
